Students from Brooklands College catering department won The Key Stage 5 Challenge Cup for Education and Business Partnerships and the Overall Winning Team Cup in a partnership project with the exclusive Queenwood Golf Club, Ottershaw.

Just in time for Christmas, Brooklands Museum has opened a new gift shop, free for visitors who do not want to pay the admission price.
The shop stocks motoring collectables and memorabilia, but also clothes, jewellery, wine and beer, and stocking fillers for children and adults.
Visitors will be able to blow away the seasonal cobwebs at Brooklands Museum's New Year's Day gathering of vintage cars.
The collection of veteran, vintage and classic cars will be filling the Paddock and Motoring Village at the museum with their proud owners ready to teach visitors about their history.

The privately owned cars are on display in the Jackson Shed Prix Exhibition and date back to the 50s.
The first is a 1953 'Monoposto' Alvis Special which is based around a pre-war Alvis engine and front suspension, while the chassis, rear suspension, and body are all purpose built.
Police hunting three men who attacked and robbed a 17-year-old boy in Weybridge in broad daylight are appealing for witnesses.
Detectives investigating the robbery in Brooklands Lane at around 3pm on Wednesday November 19 want to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw or heard anything suspicious.
